As a Certified Kripalu Instructor and Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher, Nancy Vandervelde strives to make yoga accessible to everyone. This mind/body exercise stretches and tones muscles, releases chronic tension, improves circulation and supports mental clarity and confidence.

No advance registration is required. Fee of $10.00 is paid directly to the instructor.
