Reduce stress and anxiety with the 700-year-old art form of Tai Chi. Often described as Meditation in Motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing motions. Instructor Paul VanderSande provides personal attention to all participants. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
