Steps & Reps

Fitness Trainer, Pam Alf is back by popular demand to offer Steps & Reps on Tuesday mornings. This class is geared towards women who are middle aged and older looking to improve their cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength through a cardio and weightlifting.

A drop-in rate is $5.00 is available or $60.oo for the full series.  Fees can be paid directly to the instructor. No pre-registration required.
