Strong Women

Join RN and Certified Instructor, Nancy Vandervelde each week for Stronger Women!

This class is geared towards women who are middle aged and older with a focus on toning, stretching, building muscle strength, cardio fitness and increasing metabolism to burn calories and fat faster. Each session begins with warm up stretches before moving on to aerobics and circuit training with weights, rollers and balls. Then, the class ends with a cool down. This is a low impact class that supports overall health and wellness.  Get fit and feel great!

No advance registration is required.
