About the Class
Parents, enjoy the farmers market on the square while your children enjoy an outdoor yoga class with Dr. Culver of ChiroPlus.
Children younger than 5 years of age REQUIRE an adult/parent/guardian to attend ($5 drop-in each) for supervision (stay on the mat, stay away from the road, minimize class disruption, etc.) You know your child best; if you think he/she will have difficulty focusing and staying on the mat (at any age), we ask that you participate with your child ($5 each.)
Safety first; this class is designed for ages 5-11 years old. Children 12 years+ may join either this children's class or the adult class preceding this at 2:00 pm. We won't turn away anyone older than 11, but he/she may appreciate classes designed for older participants.
For the safety of the children, classes will be held on the lawn (not the terrace). Please bring a mat, towel, and/or blanket to sit and move. Relaxed clothing (no dresses/skirts) is recommended and in agreement with the current weather.
Pre-registration is NOT required, but helpful. In the event of inclement weather, the class will be moved inside the Town Square (location TBD). $5 cash donation per person appreciated.
Classes will be happening on Fridays: June 7 - 28; July 12 - Aug; no class July 5.
