CAN I USE MY OWN CATERER?

Absolutely! Feel free to select a food vendor that celebrates who you are as a couple! Food trucks, local restaurants, or a caterer of your choice would be welcome.

DOES TOWN SQUARE HAVE A LIST OF SUGGESTED VENDORS?

We have a list of vendors that we have worked with in the past and loved! This includes local florists, caterers, food trucks, chair and table rental companies, DJ’s, etc. Provided upon request.


 
 

BAR/ALCOHOL

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

No, all alcoholic beverages served or consumed on the premises must be purchased, prepared, and served by Town Square. Carry-ins are not allowed.

CAN WE CREATE SIGNATURE COCKTAILS OR MIX BETWEEN A CASH AND HOSTED BAR?

Absolutely! We will work with you to customize and create the package that works best for you.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN TOWN SQUARE ACCOMMODATE?

We have several spaces that can accommodate different size parties. The Ballroom is the perfect space for a seated meal and dance floor for up to 120 guests. Our Mill Pond Terrace is perfect for any size wedding, whether it’s 50 or 250 people.

DOES TOWN SQUARE HAVE WIFI?

Yes, we have guest WIFI throughout the facility.

IS THERE A PARKING FEE?

No, there is ample parking and no charge.

CAN I STORE MY DECORATIONS OVERNIGHT OR BRING THEM THE MORNING OF ?

Yes! We offer day before access from 2:00-5:00pm for any early arrival needs, in addition we also offer day of access beginning at 9:00am.

CAN I TAKE A TOUR OF YOUR VENUE?

WHAT DATES ARE AVAILABLE?

Our event coordinator would love to talk through available dates and schedule a tour with you! 

HOW DO I HOLD MY DATE?

If the date is available, you will receive a Town Square Hospitality Rental Agreement with details regarding your special day and information on submitting a deposit to secure your date.

DO YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE?

We do charge a processing fee for payments made via credit card. This 3.5% fee can be bypassed by paying via cash or check.

WILL SOMEONE BE ON SITE TO HELP WITH OUR SPECIAL DAY?

Yes! Our wedding packages include an event manager who will be with you throughout the entire process. She will be available to answer any questions, take you on a tour of our historic building, assist with any details, and help to make this the best day for you and your guests. 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cancel more than 3 months prior to your event date you will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. If you cancel 1-3 months prior to your event date you will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 administrative fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
