If you enjoy chocolate, you’ll be a fan of this week’s spotlight featuring Heather Rawlings Davis, owner of Polliwogs and founder of Camp Chocolate. During The Market at Town Square in July, you may have purchased special homemade goodies from the kids who participate at Camp Chocolate or have seen Heather working on her business from Studio B, or maybe even bumped into her in Green Lake Kitchens.

I started in the kitchens as a manufacturer to work with new recipe creations, catering, and expanded into STEAM education,” says Heather. “I felt very supported by the Town Square staff and community members.

Heather learned about Town Square Community Center years ago at an event in Ripon, WI. She reached out to Town Square staff to find out more about the new commercial kitchen, Green Lake Kitchens, and her relationship with Town Square grew, including the creation of Camp Chocolate, a popular day camp for kids where they learn both culinary skills and marketing techniques. A very hands-on experience for kids ages K-2nd grade and 3rd-5th grade.

I have so many great memories that involve student participation in Camp Chocolate at Town Square Community Center.
