Fran Hill

Fran Hill heads Green Lake Renewal’s initiatives, overseeing all of the organization’s current programs, developing visions for the future, and developing strategic plans to meet Green Lake Renewal’s goals. One of the initial developers of the Town Square concept, she came to Green Lake Renewal with 35 years of business experience in fields including non-profit, media, marketing, law and retail.

Kate Salas

Kate Salas manages and directs the day-to-day operations of Green Lake Renewal’s projects, including Town Square, Green Lake Fitness 24/7 and Green Lake Kitchens. A master organizer and expert at prioritizing, Kate was a project manager, responsible for process improvement in the insurance industry prior to joining Green Lake Renewal. Since joining Green Lake Renewal, Kate has taken the young and swiftly-growing organization to a new level of efficiency and professionalism by creating and managing systems to track and process the constant flow of ideas, people and projects. In addition, Kate works closely with Green Lake Renewal Board Member Phil Burkart on managing the Town Square property.

Jorge Gutierrez

Jorge Gutierrez joined Green Lake Renewal in 2017 as Manager of Marketing and Development, responsible for communicating the organization's many programs and initiatives to donors and the public. A recent graduate of Ripon College, Jorge brings to his position significant experience in marketing and public relations and community leadership. While attending college, he served as a Marketing Intern for Sodexo in Ripon and as a Public Relations Intern for Mo Better Burgers in Los Angeles. At Ripon College, Jorge was a Resident Assistant, an Admissions Intern, an Orientation Committee Leader, Student Media and Activities Committee President, and Alumni Relations Chairman for Theta Chi Fraternity.


Colton Burt

Colton Burt is the Fitness Center Manager at Green Lake Fitness 24/7. During his junior year Colton entered the powerlifting scene and after less than one year of powerlifting training, Colton took 5th place in the state of Wisconsin in the 165 weight class, and qualified for the national tournament in Orlando, Florida. Colton earned all-conference honors in high school baseball, football, and track while in high school. He is currently a certified personal trainer through ACE and is now furthering his education, looking to major in Wellness and Health Promotions and also major as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
