As a Green Lake resident and entrepreneur, Debra Gorell is no stranger to Town Square and has been thrilled to use Town Square Tap located on Mill Pond Terrace for her Camp Making It wreath making classes using fresh pine from Huckleberry Tree Farms.

Even after running her own business for 26 years, specializing in unique and customized product design and development for retail, Debra is a perfect fit for Town Square’s entrepreneurial support initiatives. No matter how long you’ve been in business, or how much experience you have, every business owner can use support to move to the next level.

It is so important to support women-owned businesses as they are a huge part of our economic growth,” says Debra. “Collaborating with other talented makers and business owners is so rewarding

Over the years, Debra has been featured in Country Living, Country Living Gardener, and Cowboys & Indians Magazines. She was also a founding member of the Western Design Conference in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Besides teaching wreath-making classes, Debra salvages lumber from old houses, bourbon barrels, and iconic buildings to create beautiful accessories that give new life to even the smallest piece of wood. You can find her salvaged wood belt buckles and leather belts on rowandbelt.com! Reusing these reclaimed materials help support domestic job creation and saves room in our landfills!

I was so inspired by the success of my Camp Making It classes, which drew women from as far as the Fox Valley area to Green Lake, I’ve decided to create a special Old World Holiday & Winter Market pop-up. Having the Town Square Tap lit up at night just adds to the ambiance of Town Square Community Center and downtown.
